Yin is a great form of yoga to counterbalance the intensity of our modern times. It is nourishment for our parasympathetic nervous system and a deeply healing, meditative practice. Yin Yoga brings our focus more inwards, and can be an excellent bridge towards meditation, or can become meditation itself. In recent years, Yin Yoga has grown to become one of the most popular styles of yoga worldwide.
This training is a complete and comprehensive Yin Yoga program combining Yin theory in the context of Ayurvedic science, practice, anatomy, and philosophy (TCM) and suitable for already certified and aspiring yoga teachers, as well as for dedicated yoga students who want a deeper understanding of Yin Yoga for their classes and/or own practice. This course is taught in English and is registered with Yoga Alliance.
This 100h Module forms an 8-day in-person program + self-studies & homework (in order to achieve 100 hours TTC certificate) or can give you 100 hours of CEP (Continuing Education Program) if you are already RYT 200 or RYT 500.
The course includes solid functional anatomy foundations and the physiology of the nervous system, exceptionally important in the context of a yoga practice. The full program allows you to understand the therapeutic, meditative, and functional aspects of Yin Yoga.
The full program is divided into 3 modules – All three modules refer to the therapeutic Yin Yoga, 5 Elements & Myofascial Release (MFR), but they have different accents in every part. You can take 1, 2, or all 3 in any order you feel like or participate in each 100-hour module separately. If you wish to get a 300-hour Yoga Alliance Certificate, you can choose to participate in three modules together (300 TTC). Dates for modules 3 &1 will be announced soon…

A beautiful home in the middle of nature, where time stands still and the path to your true self begins
With the new construction of the retreat ZENIYO in the municipality of Brügge, a yoga center with a sauna and a natural pool was created in the heart of the Eider Valley. The buildings fit harmoniously and unobtrusively into the natural surroundings thanks to the chosen architectural language, which is based on traditional barns of the region, and create space for tranquility, strength, and inspiration. The yoga and meditation room is located on the upper floor where through its large window two bright pairs of birch trees greet the day. On the first floor of the yoga center, there is a spacious entrance with a lounge area, changing rooms with shower and toilet, and a generous terrace where we will dine, relax and exchange ideas. A large saltwater pool with a view of the Eider Valley completes the ensemble for a wonderful retreat.
